CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order please send an email to info@anniebrougham.com stating your order number. If it has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, usually the same working day. If it has been dispatched, please see the returns policy below.

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM

If you would like to return an item because you no longer require it or it is not to your taste, and it is within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) send me an email - info@anniebrougham.com - with your order number, letting me know what you'd like to return. Wrap it back up securely (ideally in the original packaging) and send it via Royal Mail to:

Please remember to obtain proof of postage, and ideally a photograph of the parcel before sending. Keep these safe until after you receive confirmation from me that the items have received.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s), providing it is undamaged and in a saleable condition. If the item arrives to me damaged due to handling in the mail (despite careful packaging) I will refund the item and your proof of postage will be used to claim the value of goods back from the Royal Mail.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED or FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or it is the wrong item, send me an email - info@anniebrougham.com - with details and I will sort it out as quickly as possible! You will be given the option of a replacement or refund. Remember to keep the packaging / take pictures so I can assess the problem and get it resolved quickly.
